Brad Carlile— Clarity® Trainer

Brad brings a strong foundation in education and communication to his work as a Clarity® Trainer. With an academic background in Education and Film, Brad developed a deep appreciation for how people learn—an insight that ultimately led him to pursue dog training as his primary profession and passion.

Brad joined Cosmic Canine five years ago and completed the full two-year Department of Labor–registered Dog Training Certification Program. During that two-year program alone, he logged more than 4,000 hands-on training hours and 288 classroom hours in formal dog training education, working across a wide range of dogs, behaviors, and owner needs. Since completing the program, Brad has continued to accumulate thousands of additional hands-on training hours through ongoing client work and continued professional development.

In addition to his instructional work, Brad actively trains and competes with his own dog, Kelso, earning IGP titles and continuing to work toward advanced certifications. His experience in sport training reinforces his emphasis on clarity, consistency, and thoughtful progression—both for dogs and their handlers.

Brad is known for his patience, clear communication style, and ability to meet clients where they are, making complex training concepts accessible and manageable. He is deeply committed to continued learning and professional growth, consistently expanding his skills and knowledge in pursuit of excellence in dog training.
