TERMS & CONDITIONS – CLARITY® ELITE COACHING PROGRAM™

Thank you for enrolling in the Clarity® Elite Coaching Program™, a product of MJK9 Ventures, LLC (“the Company”). These Terms and Conditions apply to MJK9 Ventures, LLC and its associated companies, including Cosmic Canine Plano, LLC and K9 Education Services, LLC.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Clarity® Elite Coaching Program™ includes:
• Eight (8) private coaching sessions with a Clarity® Trainer (approximately 30 minutes each, typically scheduled weekly)
• Ongoing weekly video submissions (5–15 minutes each) for trainer review and feedback during the 12-week program
• Priority support and access to your trainer for guidance throughout the program
• Access to scheduled group coaching calls for the duration of the program
• Access to all relevant Clarity® training materials, digital lessons, and resources included in the program design

Additional private coaching sessions may be purchased at a rate determined by the Company and subject to availability.

All coaching services and training content are educational in nature and do not replace therapy, counseling, or veterinary care.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend all scheduled private coaching sessions on time
• Submit required weekly training videos for feedback
• Participate fully in exercises, journaling, and practice assignments
• Reschedule coaching sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice — sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be marked as completed
• Maintain respectful conduct toward trainers, staff, and fellow participants

COMMUNITY CONDUCT & REMOVAL POLICY

To maintain a safe, supportive, and productive learning environment, you agree to behave respectfully and follow all program guidelines.

The Company reserves the right to remove a participant from the program — including private lessons, group coaching calls, and access to program materials — if they engage in:

• Disrespectful, hostile, or aggressive behavior
• Harassment, bullying, or abusive language
• Repeated violation of program or community rules
• Behavior that disrupts the learning environment
• Any conduct deemed inappropriate or harmful by the Company

If a participant is removed for violating conduct guidelines:
• No refunds (full or partial) will be issued
• All access to coaching sessions, group calls, and program materials will end immediately

Participation is a privilege and requires maintaining appropriate conduct.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The Company is committed to protecting your privacy. Information shared during coaching sessions is confidential unless disclosure is required by law or explicitly authorized by you.

Coaching calls may be recorded for your benefit during the program but are not permanently stored.

PAYMENTS & FEES

The investment amount for the CLARITY® Coaching Program is as stated at the time of purchase.
Payment is due in full unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Credit card or payment processing fees may apply as outlined at checkout.

Additional private coaching sessions may be purchased for $100 each.

REFUND POLICY – 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with the CLARITY® Coaching Program for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

To qualify for the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
• Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
• You must send your request in writing to [email protected] .

Once approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
After 30 days, no refunds will be provided.
Monthly subscription fees (if applicable) are not refundable or prorated.

PROGRAM DURATION

The CLARITY® Coaching Program is designed as a 12-week training experience. Participants are encouraged to complete all coaching sessions and group calls within 12–14 weeks for best results.

Participants may take up to 16 total weeks from their program start date to complete all private coaching sessions and attend group coaching calls.

• Any unused private sessions after 16 weeks will be forfeited
• Unused sessions are non-refundable

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All program materials — including video lessons, written guides, workbooks, and coaching recordings — are the intellectual property of MJK9 Ventures, LLC.

They may not be copied, shared, downloaded, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

VENUE, JURISDICTION & GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
The venue for any dispute shall be Collin County, Texas.

You acknowledge that:
• Coaching does not replace professional veterinary care, medical care, or licensed mental health services
• For medical or therapeutic concerns, you must consult a qualified professional
• Training outcomes depend on your participation, consistency, and follow-through
• No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed
