TERMS & CONDITIONS – CLARITY® VIP COACHING™

Thank you for enrolling in Clarity® VIP Coaching™, a product of MJK9 Ventures, LLC (“the Company”). These Terms and Conditions apply to MJK9 Ventures, LLC and its associated companies, including Cosmic Canine Plano, LLC and K9 Education Services, LLC.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Clarity® VIP Coaching™ includes:
• Access to the Clarity® core training video library (subscription-based)
• Access to the private Clarity® community
• Access to scheduled group coaching calls
• Three (3) private 1:1 coaching sessions with a trainer
• Weekly video review and personalized guidance when applicable to the program design

The program begins with a $1,997 setup fee, which includes 90 days of access to the community, core training videos, group coaching calls, and VIP-level coaching benefits. After the initial 90 days, continued access is billed at $29.00 per month.

All training materials and coaching services are educational in nature and are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or veterinary care.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with the video lessons, community resources, and coaching calls.
• Attend group coaching calls on time.
• Attend your initial 1:1 call or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Calls canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be marked as completed.
• Participate respectfully within community and coaching environments.
• Seek veterinary or medical care from licensed professionals when appropriate.

COMMUNITY CONDUCT & REMOVAL POLICY

To maintain a safe, supportive, and professional environment for all members, you agree to follow the community guidelines and behave respectfully at all times.

The Company reserves the right to remove, suspend, or permanently revoke a member’s access to the program — including the community, group coaching calls, and all subscription-based features — if the member engages in any of the following:

• Disrespectful, hostile, or aggressive behavior toward staff or other members
• Harassment, bullying, or abusive language
• Repeated violation of community rules
• Behavior that disrupts the learning environment
• Any conduct deemed inappropriate or harmful by the Company

If a member is removed for violating community standards:
• No refunds (full or partial) will be issued
• All subscription access will be terminated immediately

Maintaining the integrity of the community is essential, and participation is a privilege, not a right.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The Company is committed to protecting your privacy. Information shared during coaching calls or inside the community may be visible to staff and other members (in group settings). Staff will maintain confidentiality unless disclosure is required by law.

Coaching calls may be recorded for your benefit during the program but are not retained permanently.

PAYMENTS & FEES

• A nonrefundable $999 setup fee is due at enrollment.
• This fee includes 90 days of access to the community, group coaching calls, and core CLARITY® video lessons.
• After the first 90 days, your access will continue at a subscription rate of $29.99 per month, billed automatically unless canceled.
• Credit card or payment processing fees may apply as outlined at checkout.
• Additional 1:1 coaching sessions may be purchased separately.

REFUND POLICY – 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with the CLARITY® Plus Pack for any reason, you may request a full refund of your setup fee within 30 days of your purchase.

To qualify for the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
• Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
• You must send your request in writing to [email protected] .

Once approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
After 30 days, no refunds will be provided.
Monthly subscription fees are not refundable or prorated.

PROGRAM ACCESS & DURATION

Access to the CLARITY® core video library, group coaching calls, and the community is subscription-based.

You will have access to all subscription features for:
• The initial 90 days included with your $999 setup fee
• Each additional month you remain subscribed at $29.99/month

If your subscription ends or is canceled:
• Access to the core CLARITY® video library will be removed
• Access to the private community and group coaching calls will be removed
• No prorated refunds will be issued

This program does not include lifetime or permanent access to any materials.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All video lessons, written materials, guides, coaching recordings, and digital content are the intellectual property of MJK9 Ventures, LLC. They may not be downloaded, copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

Community posts and shared media may not be copied or shared outside the platform.

VENUE, JURISDICTION & GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. The venue for any dispute shall be Collin County, Texas.

DISCLAIMERS

You acknowledge that:
• This program includes group coaching and one initial 1:1 call; ongoing private coaching must be purchased separately.
• Coaching and educational content do not replace licensed veterinary care, medical care, or mental health services.
• Results depend on your participation, consistency, and follow-through. No outcomes are guaranteed.
